 Therefore, ICA-RAS™ gives the user a complete hybrid software system, combining vector data with raster data.  ICA-RAS™ incorporates special functions to calibrate or scale the image. Raster images can be changed and the final result of the hybrid model can be plotted.
 ICA-RAS™ is what the engineer or architect of today needs to alter existing drawings very fast, without digitizing the whole drawing. He only has to work on the changes themselves.
